Health
Supplements, hydration, sleep and recovery. Routine-led content - morning stacks, honest “week with it” check-ins, before-and-after habit framing that doesn’t overclaim.
Available for brand partnerships
UGC Creator - Health, Fitness, Running, Tech
Short-form video and photo content that looks like it belongs on the feed - not like an ad break.
Niches
I don’t take work in spaces I don’t understand. These are the ones I do.
Supplements, hydration, sleep and recovery. Routine-led content - morning stacks, honest “week with it” check-ins, before-and-after habit framing that doesn’t overclaim.
Training gear, apparel, protein and equipment. Content shot in the gym and at home - form-focused demos, gym bag breakdowns, real sets rather than staged ones.
Shoes, kit, watches, gels and race-day prep. Mileage-backed reviews - long-run footage, pace tests, and the unglamorous stuff nobody films.
Wearables, audio and the apps that sit alongside training. Unboxings, first-week impressions and feature demos that show the thing working, not just sitting on a desk.
What I offer
Every deliverable comes vertical-first, with raw files included so your team can recut it.
Hook-led creative made to be tested. Multiple hook variants per concept so you have something to rotate when one fatigues.
Feed-native video for your own channels - the kind that reads as a post rather than a placement.
Clear, honest walkthroughs that show the product working in context: on a run, in the gym, in a morning routine.
Format-aware content built on whatever is currently working, adapted to your product instead of bolted onto it.
Work
I’m building this out now. Below are the formats I’m shooting first - each one becomes a real piece as it publishes.
Briefs and raw footage available on request.
About
I’m a UGC creator based in Nottingham. I make short-form video and photo content for brands in health, fitness, running and tech - the four categories I actually live in, every day, whether a camera is out or not.
It started in the gym a few years ago and everything else followed from there. Health came with it, then running, chasing the hybrid athlete side of things. I’ve always had the urge to create, and what keeps me in all of it is the self-improvement, so pointing a camera at it was the obvious next step.
I’m early into this and I’d rather say so plainly than pretend otherwise. What I bring is a genuine relationship with these products, a fast turnaround, and content shot the way people actually film themselves.
